It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and current. You may update your contact details by contacting our support team. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. sgc88 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of receipt confirmation. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited in real time in most cases. sgc88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
sgc88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals submitted during peak periods or requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
You must not deposit Funds obtained from illegal activity. sgc88 complies with international anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or the use of payment credentials belonging to third parties will be suspended immediately and referred for investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sgc88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Funds deposited by that Member into their sgc88 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
sgc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
